- Patient-specific medical advice or treatment decisions
- Emergency clinical support — contact your institution's protocols and medical team
- HIPAA Business Associate Agreements — VitalCore is not a covered entity
- Manufacturer IFU interpretation beyond general reference guidance
When emailing, please include
- Device model (e.g., iPad Pro 12.9") and iOS version
- VitalCore version shown in the App Store or About page
- A short description of the issue or question
- Screenshots if reporting a display or UI problem
Please do not include patient identifiers, MRNs, or clinical photos in support emails.

We aim to respond within a few business days. VitalCore is independently developed and supported.
